Apply for a Chinese Visa

All students who intend to study in China need to apply for a visa. As this program is less than 6 months in duration, students applying for this program should apply for an F-visa. The school will assist provide you with the required application documentation.

For some students, it may be possible to enter China on a tourist visa (L-visa) and then change visa types on arrival with the school's assistance. This option maybe helpful for students who don't have enough time to apply for an F-visa before departing. Please contact us for more information.

Documentations required for F-visa:

  1. A valid passport as well as a copy of its information page. Your valid passport must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least one blank visa page in it.
  2. Application form: One completed Visa Application Form with genuine information and your signature.
  3. Photo: one recently-taken 2x2 square inch sized color photo glued or stapled to the application form.
  4. An original and a photocopy of the Letter of Admission, Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW202) issued by the relevant Chinese government unit. Besides the documentation mentioned above, other documents might be required by visa officers in order to decide whether to issue the visa on a case by case basis.
